To use, simply peel off the yellow backing to expose the self-adhesive side. Place the Cap-Ban-Nu inside the front of your hat with the adhesive facing inward. The strong adhesive ensures a secure hold on most hat linings, so be mindful when positioning it to avoid damaging the interior. For a greater size reduction, you can add a second Cap-Ban-Nu to the back of your hat.
